Job Description:

 

- Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales Strategy/Customer

 

- Develop a relationship with an existing set of clients

 

- Responsible for acquisition, Revenue maximization, and Client retention

 

- Managing a portfolio of clients/accounts and increasing + collaborating on upselling and cross-sell opportunities.

 

- Upselling/Cross-selling bouquet of services available on online and digital payments platforms to increase wallet share in merchant portal.

 

- Construct merchant partnership/commercial agreements with merchants and successfully negotiate closure in line with strategic priorities, revenue, and profitability targets.

 

- Deliver onsite in-person executive business reviews to align with business goals and objectives.

 

- Product marketing of Easebuzz Products.

 

- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations

 

- Increase sales of the Company's products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts.

 

- Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements in order to reach the best results.

- Address client needs and build financial plans while striving to outperform and exceed prior profitability and revenues.

 

- Sought out and maximized opportunities for account growth.

- Achieved Financial Results, Managed financial aspects of account to ensure a plan is met or exceeded in both growth and profitability

 

Desired Profile:

 

- Two or more years of overall working experience. Candidates with Key Account Management in a Fintech/Payments Industry will be considered.

 

- Excellent verbal + written skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders

 

- Fuelled by a passion to succeed and never say die attitude

 

- Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task effectively

 

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint &Email etiquettes
