Job Description:

As a Merchant ID Tester at Easebuzz, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and performing transactions for our service providers. You will be responsible for validating cards, processing transactions, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of payment processing, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Validate MIDs for various modes with success transactions.

Validate credit and debit cards for our merchants.

Monitor transaction logs and reports to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Banking team) to resolve transaction-related inquiries or disputes

Perform as many transactions as possible within TAT.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information handled.

Required Skills :

Proven experience in operational support roles, preferably in a transactional or data management.

Strong proficiency in using Ms Excel.

Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and methodologies.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Good to have knowledge of different cards and card brands.
