Easebuzz is a payment solutions (fintech organisation) company which enables online merchants to accept, process and disburse payments through developer friendly APIs. We are focusing on building plug n play products including the payment infrastructure to solve complete business problems. We have been consistently profitable and are constantly developing new innovative products, as a result, we are able to grow 4x over the past year alone. We are well capitalised and have recently closed a fundraise of $4M in March, 2021 from prominent VC firms and angel investors. Key Responsibilities:

• Work on mission critical business strategy effort in line with Easebuzz’s overall long-term vision and mission
• Contribute in project management including maintain trackers to ensure successful and timely project completion
• Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization to keep efforts in sync with Easebuzz’s standards and rapidly evolving product suite
• Contribute in long term strategic initiatives of Easebuzz
• Conduct research and analysis bringing out insights critical for strategy and planning of the organization
• Rapidly develop expertise in the new initiatives domain to become a trusted subject matter expert within the company and a credible partner for external stakeholders
• Manage other high priority projects to support broader business needs

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, Big 4, or investment banking
• BBA/ B Com Hons/ B Tech etc. from a tier 1 institution and/ or MBA
• Experience of consulting for fintech / digital / SME sectors would be an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
• Track record of working on large projects through completion, including project management, data gathering and modelling, creative problem solving
• Ability to bring out critical insights while being adept at hands-on execution
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Top notch relationship management skills
• Being on top of evolving industry developments and competitive scenario
• Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs
