Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, the Vice President in the Office of the CTO will play a pivotal role in driving organizational strategy, spearheading new product initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiencies. This role demands a visionary leader with a robust understanding of the payments and fintech landscape, a passion for technology, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CTO to define and execute technology strategies that align with Easebuzz's mission to become a ₹5000 Crore turnover company by 2030.

·        Product/Tech Innovation: Identify gaps in current product/tech offerings and lead the development of innovative solutions, focusing on embedded payments and financial       services to cater to the evolving needs of businesses.

·        Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and sustainability across the organization.

·        Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion the use of analytics and data insights to inform product development, operational strategies, and customer engagement.

·        Industry Engagement: Leverage a well-established network within the fintech and payments industry to foster strategic partnerships, stay abreast of emerging trends, and represent Easebuzz in relevant forums and discussions.

Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the payments or fintech industry, with a strong track record of driving product innovation and operational excellence.

·        Deep understanding of payment systems, financial technologies, and the regulatory environment in India.

·        Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and efficiency.

·        Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, industry stakeholders, and partners.
