Easebuzz is a payment solutions (fintech organisation) company which enables online merchants 
to accept, process and disburse payments through developer friendly APIs. We are focusing on 
building plug n play products including the payment infrastructure to solve complete business 
problems. Definitely a wonderful place where all the actions related to payments, lending, 
subscription, eKYC is happening at the same time. 
We have been consistently profitable and are constantly developing new innovative products, as a 
result, we are able to grow 4x over the past year alone. We are well capitalised and have recently 
closed a fundraise of $4M in March, 2021 from prominent VC firms and angel investors. We have 
got in-principle approval for payment aggregation authorization from RBI in 2022. Easebuzz’s

Roles and Responsibilities

a. Managing risk team and portfolio of merchants for all products related to Easebuzz which shall include all SAAS products, PA, Instacollect, etc.

b. Managing and ensuring that timely responses to RM's are given by RIC w.r.t feedbacks and TAT of RIC has to be obeyed at all times.

c. Apart from risk within merchant portfolio we also have to measure and access risk within product/tech. Guidelines and protocols have to be enhanced to ensure that risk within the product is also kept low at all times.

d. Liasioning with banks, law enforcement for better relationships. Risk is an important area where we have to work stronger on liaisoning with banks to bring more comfort and
transparency within banks, regulator and LEA platforms.

e. Creating risk control mechanism for offline business and QR code management and EDC.

f. Building automation around risk controls and limit management framework.

g. You shall be responsible for FIU reporting and will serve as a Principal officer.

h. Work on areas of cross border payments and business opportunities . Help in building FRM and integration with banks which are comfortable in building cross border rails with Easebuzz for business expansion. Conduct thorough reviews of merchant information to verify compliance with our standards

Desired Profile:

• +12 years of experience in a Bank, NBFC or Fintech.
• Profile mandatory to be in Pune (Headquarters) along with other VPs/SVPs/Managment.
• Qualification could be MBA/CA/CS/ICWA.
• Added advantage if you have experience of working for PA/PG company
• Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task effectively
